WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re happy to provide an exchange or refund on any unopened products within 7 days of your order being placed, so long as the tamper-proofing on the products is still intact when we receive them back at our warehouse, and you make us aware that you wish to return your products before you send them back to us.


HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We hope you love these products as much as we do. If they aren’t the best fit for your needs please email our team orders@exploreroam.com  with your name, order number, and reason for return within 7 days of your order being placed. Your pleasure is important to us so we’re here to help assist with returns/exchanges for any unopened products.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee refunds on unused items, and where any tamper-proofing is still intact. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse so long as it meets the above criteria.
