Terms and Conditions: Roam to Rome Competition

Eligibility:

1.1 The Roam to Rome Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees of Roam and their immediate family members, as well as anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging the competition, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 To enter and be eligible for the competition an receipt image where Roam products have been bought must be provided by Whatsapp to +(44) 7457403059.

1.4 Products must have been purchased from Boots, Superdrug, Sainsburys, Zapp, www.exploreroam.com or from Roam on amazon.co.uk. 

Competition Period:

2.1 The Competition begins on January 14, 2024, and ends on February 14, 2024 ("Competition Period").

Entry Requirements:

3.1 To enter, participants must purchase any product from Roam within the Competition Period.

3.2 Multiple entries are permitted, with each purchase constituting a separate entry.

3.3 Entries will only be accepted during the Competition Period. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prize:

4.1 The prize consists of a trip for two to Rome, including:

- Round-trip flights for two people from a UK airport.

- Accommodation for two nights in a 3-star hotel.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.3 The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not expressly stated in the prize description.

4.4 The prize equates to a maximum trip value of £1000. 

Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

5.2 The draw will take place within seven days after the end of the Competition Period.

5.3 The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

General Conditions:

6.1 Roam reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Roam's control.

6.2 Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Roam.

 6.3 Roam is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

Data Protection:

7.1 Any personal information collected during the course of the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7.2 By participating in the competition entrants will be added to Roam’s email and Whatsapp databases for marketing purposes.

Jurisdiction:

8.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes relating to this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
